I really wish I had a shot of the herbs de provence scented lamb chops I did last night with roasted brussel sprouts and shallots w/ lardoons and a side farro salad.... My dates were particularly impressed

Sounds good but...

<Smooth mode>

Fuck is lardoons?

<Googles it>

The fuck you didn't just say bacon?

Seriously though, Farro looks interesting. Reminds me of making tabouli.

"Dates" plural? As in sequentially or concurrently?

Waitaminit. Share this bomb-ass recipe again, because I missed it! Gotta get summa that! :D

Ask juttjaw, it's his. If you like spice and I recommend going the extra mile with the hot sauce at the end, this is a go to.

You mix hot sauce in with your egg wash. I used a carribean jerk something and it added flavor.

I just had lamb chops marinated in garlic and thyme with new potatoes.

Juttjaw, stop being stingy, bruh.

Make with this legendary recipe! Share with the rest of us Smurfs! :D

I made an apple pie tonight, with fruit fresh from the tree. I used my grandma's recipe because she uses lard in her crust, and it's just so GOOD.

My kid doesn't like pie, so it's mine, all mine. Well, okay, I'll bring what's left into work tomorrow, but I really want to eat it all.

Yum. Nothing beats a real crust. I had a lot of fun when I was about 9 entering a pie bake off. I made lemon meringue because it looks impressive. I wasn't that into the pie itself and I thought the lemon didn't setup quite right. The meringue got me the ribbon, but I was proudest of that crust it was delicious.

I do rack of lamb and chicken breasts with a Dijon mustard bread crust coating. Liberally coat meat in the best mustard you have and roll in bread crumbs. Real simple. I like lamb but the flavour I find is not very strong. A mustard kick to a mouthful helps. Keeps chicken breasts moist too. Only time I use mustard. Don't like it on burgers or dogs.

This looks great. Like I'd want to lick the rib before taking a bite. :)

Yes two young ladies concurrently. Sisters in fact

Arrabiatta spaghetti, (thanks BBB!), romaine salad with black tomatoes I grew from my brother's Cali seeds, and homemade croutons.
