my first concert was

Richy Blackmore's "Rainbow"

that was ...OMG.....1977

Unfortunately, Rick Springfield with Cory Hart.

My mom really liked the Rickster, so she convinced me that I needed to go. The girls all wanted to go too so I thought I was hot shit. Yeah, waaaay cool.

In no particular order after Rush

Rush (1st concert)
Molly Hatchett
Kiss (2x)
Cher
Garth Brooks
Rod Stewart (2 x)
Ozzy
Sabbath
Who
Eagles
Tina Turner
Reba McIntyre
Alice Cooper (numerous times)
Scorpions
Our Lady Peace
Cyndi Lauper
Fleetwood Mac
Supertramp
BritneySpears (DON'T ASK)
Wynona
Stones (numerous times)
Bad Company
CCR
Limp Bizkit
Eminem
Creed
Nickelback
Elton John
Kid Rock (the CONCERT not the poster)

Oh God...too many, I know I'm forgetting some

My first concert was a local band that was on the virge of making it big, they were called haphazard. They were pretty good I wish they did make it big. My first Big Concert was King Diamond in 1998 in Milwaukee. Also the best show I have EVER seen before. Yes I did get a late start on concerts but late is better than never.

Thinking about it

It was Lena Lovitch - I think I was about 14 and it was in Aberdeen - of all places

It was pretty shit - the concert wasnt much better

...Any way you spell it they are nothing more than rednecks with a microphone...How scary is that?

And my most recent concert is ALICE COOPER!!! A week ago in milwaukee. He is the master of a theatrial horror show! Right after King Diamond though of course

All in my first summer as a concert goer, in order....

April Wine
Rare Earth
BTO (with a then unknown Bob Seger & the SBB opening, billed as "The Great Beaver Patrol" tour)
Rush
Iggy Pop (woof woof!)

The first time I saw Coop he was still biting the heads off chickens.

He turned out to be quite enduring; I still enjoy listening to the Killer cd loud in the car.

ACK!!! Forgot

Gordon Lightfoot
Bare Naked Ladies
Tragically Hip
Guess Who

I find the colour of any part of their anatomy to be somewhat irrelevant in an appreciation of their musical talent or impact.

My first, although I don't remember it well ,was Bob Seiger..since then:

Def Leppard
Jefferson Starship
Ted Nugent
Peter Frampton

Wow, I'm really showing my age here.

...Sounds like a great summer...I never seem to have the time and or money to see many shows anymore...:(

I saw him on the "Welcome to my Nightmare" tour. Whatever you think of him personally, you gotta say, he puts on a hell of a show!
