Your First Car.

First was a 72 Toyota Corona in what my brother called "shit brown" 5 speed stick shift and a little rice burner four cylinder, but it made for great beer runs in college.

The two crowning jewels in my automotive history would be the 88 Toyota MR2 ( got that thing was a rocket!).

ok funny story as I ramble. I am 6'1" and when I owned it I was 250 lbs. The car is maybe 4 and a half maybe five feet from road to roof. I was zipping down the 316 from Athens to Atlanta at around 80mph and somehow or another pissed of some guy in a minivan. He was tailing me, flashing his lights everything til I pulled in for gas. He pulled in behind and got out of his car all in a huff. I stood up and up and up, I must have look like Andre the Giant next to that car. His jaw dropped and he jumped back in his minivan and tore off. :D

The other car I miss dearly is a 88 Dodge Shelby Charger.

Mine looked exactly like the one on the right.
The hills of north Georgia off teh main road are all twists and turns and bank by as much as 20 degrees in some places. I LOVED THAT CAR on those roads!

The MR2 is a beautiful thing, great story too :D wish I coulda seen the look on that dude's face!

First car I had was my mum's Corsa, which was fantastically reliable, but lacked poke.

I still have the first car I ever bought, and as they've stopped making them I've decided to drive her until the end of her days.

She has the best road handling you can get, and leaves BMWs and Porsches standing on roundabouts. I have fallen in love with the way she leans into corners, and I love her curves and the way her engine purrs when she likes what you're doing.

I can do 0-60 with her in a ridiculously short time, and the injection engine is ideal for city driving, where you sometimes have to pull out quickly and get a good burst of speed.

 I'll admit it - I'm kind of in love with my car...

The Zade Mobile

Ford Puma :D great little things! i dunno if i'd ever be able to have one though, i'm 6 ft 5. It was Top Gear's car of the year in 2002, too.

It's definitely not a tall person's car. Most of my friends knock themselves out getting into and out of it. I've never had that problem
