Yep. I'm getting fat. This is week 3 and I want to eat a horse...or at least a cow.

I'm drinking 64 oz. of water a day and pee out 64 oz. of "water" most of which seems to be between 10pm and 5am.

Join me in my misery. :)

Go on a walk once in a while, fatty.

:p

I always drink a lot of water per day. Have for years. I try to never drink my calories.

I've been keeping protein bars and shakes on hand. They do a good job of staving off any craving for anything else. Problem is every once in awhile I'm in the mood for something Savory when all I've got is sweet substitutes.

I was at Costco and picked up a couple of cases of vanilla and chocolate 30g mini shakes. I had the chocolate before and it was pretty good turns out the vanilla version is tremendously good. I wasn't planning on hitting a grocery store and knew I was out of milk. The least amount of milk you can buy at Costco is 2 gallons and there's no way the small one and I are going to go through 2 gallons before it spoils. Not wanting to make a second stop at a grocery store on the way home I thought I would try a case of Kirkland brand PediaSure for her. Rather than 30 grams of protein it's only got 15 and it has five times the grams of sugar with 5 grams instead of one.

I figured it would taste better and she would like it better as a result. She liked it fine.

I finally got around to trying one of hers only because I didn't have any of mine chilled and it was horrible. The low sugar high protein version tastes much better. It's fortunate that she likes it because I've got an entire case of it.

The protein bars I'm not particularly wild about the cookie dough flavored ones are more tolerable than the brownie ones. The flavor is not bad but there's something about the texture that's just awful.

Fortunately I have 4 lb of jelly beans to get that taste out of my mouth.

The Atkins bars are surprisingly eat-able. 200cal/2gm carb. :)

No, I walked in the actual creek. Way too shallow for carp. I did fry a few bluegill, sunfish and crappies last week, though.

I miss that. Dad had a creek running thru his farm that we grew up wading in. :)

Maybe two. Lots of incline. Walked down part of a creek, too.

You should add some decline to your "walk." Going to get unbalanced in your skeletal muscular structure if you keep walking uphill both ways.

More of a "hike". I sort of "loped" back down. "Walking" downhill is like...might as well jog.

Not a thing wrong with Jameson. I prefer the Gold or Rserve, though. Had a shot of Jameson Black Barrel on my birthday. It's what Jack Daniels is aiming for, and misses.

You ever try those Premier protein shakes? I’m not too keen on them, but the caramel ones are really good. I substitute it in place of milk when I eat my bowl of cocoa krispies in the morning. Of course, I don’t need to lose any weight since I’m a buck-o-five soaking wet with a brick in my purse.
Anyway, the high protein content in them does fight off the cravings to eat. I’ll attest to that😎

I prefer Dewar's.

The peatiness offsets the harshness inherent in Jamo.

Hahaha... diet vodka? WTF?!?!? So you’re saying you leave out the orange juice?
