Was this a test?

thoroughly maybe? ;)

Yep. It was a test. Writing in class by hand is still no excuse for lackadaisical work. I can't believe that I can spell "the" as "teh" while hand writing the word out. How stupid is that? I can't believe the teacher could read my handwriting in the second place. At least well enough to spellcheck.

And on a thoroughly unrelated note, does anyone else get a weird feeling when they hit "submit"? It gives me the willies...kinda like, "Oh yeah? Why? Who do you think YOU are that I should SUBMIT to you???"

Um...nevermind.

You actually did that in handwriting? That's awesome. Done it more times than I can count whilst typing, but never handwriting.

Aces.

I always spell "soul" and "sould" and "mere" as "meare" and "what" as "whate".

Darned fingers have a sense of humor. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

We should take essay tests in the computer lab so I can surf Lit while taking the test. Well. Maybe not.

"Taht" is always my common mistake, rather than "that".

If you pronounce it the way it is spelt, there are alot of "tarts" around :p

I tend to do 'right' instead of 'write' on hand written things.

That is the single funniest thing I have read in a long time! :D

Ummmmmmmmm, tell him you're trying to emulate Mark Twain?

I take points off for spelling errors on exams. I once took off points from a bunch of people's exams because they spelled 'cemetery' incorrectly.

Mu ha ha ha ha. Eh hem.

Um...nevermind.

The Web was invented by Dominants.

Now, for me... hitting that submit button sends a happy little shiver through my body... Makes me think of handcuffs, and floggers, and...

Never mind that either.

One of my jobs is proofreading at a local newspaper, where I am also the bookkeeper. I am dreadfully compulsive about spelling, and grammar, and punctuation. I do still make mistakes sometimes, but I can't knowingly hit the submit (mmmmmm) key with typos in my posts.
