That said, you can halt the effects of puberty on a male XY developing body by blocking the natural hormones - notably testosterone. Doing so inhibits the normal process that creates those defining male physical characteristics...
- bone density, shoulders & rib cage, adam's apple, facial & cranial bone, long limb length etc. If you stop that happening then a person retains that androgynous appearance we see in kids.
Now if you introduce estrogen you can encourage female characteristics, but like testosterone, they can only work with a person's gene combination ie if grandma had large breasts you might too... I'm not sure parent/grandparent inherited traits are anything other than probabilities.

For many people, that might mean a whimsical notion one afternoon that they dismiss "Of course I'm a boy" but for transgender people there's a insistent and consistent mismatch "Why is everyone calling me a boy? - I'm a girl!"
If it's shown that an individual is definitely trans, the earlier those hormone changes can be altered the better. They will fit into society because they'll take on the physical appearance of their gender identity - often called 'passing'.

The photoshopping is terrible. Use of hormones does reduce the male size or increases the female attributes. M2F on hormones do not have larger cocks as hormones will take that away.
