There wasn't just a coffee lawsuit, there have been several and I wasn't trying to discredit, the practice of law, if you took it that way, no offense was meant, but my pet peeve is not being able to find a doctor when I need one because mine has fled the state because of all the malpractice suits.

Looks like you need to indict your state gov't, not your federal one.

i only wish i could tell you where the answer lies. working in the medical/nursing field gets a bit mre ridiculous each day i go to work. even patients remark at the mound of paper work that has to be filled out for even the simplest of cases. and all for legalities.

i can pretty much gaurentee that if i were starting over it would be the last area i would enter for this very reason.
