Yipes, sweep savagery

One of the middle chapters of a series I was working on has gone from 50-odd votes to just 9.

Not sure what happened there. I think the Lit Hoover might have had a wee malfunction. The story now has 17 comments but only 9 registered votes

I think it might be because they're catching up on the monthly contests. I've lost a few votes on other stories but this one's just been killed stone dead. Not especially bothered. The story might have been the top Erotic Horror story for that month, but the score was unlikely to trouble the top 3. Just wondering what the poor thing did to earn such savage beatdown from the Lit Sweeper

The Hoover most certainly must have went Cyberdyne on you there. I can't see how that big of a loss is possible -- and any time you end up with fewer votes than comments, you know something screwy is going on around here
