Wiggles related injuries are a wide spread myth Doormouse, none of us have ever twisted ankles, carpet burned knees, had mild concusion from the top of the tv cabinet or knocked over a Christmas tree while Wiggling. It's impossible! We Aussie Mum's have far too much style and grace for any of that!!

Though if my bare feet connect with extremely sharp, nasty little pieces of stray lego or Barbie shoes I can't be held responsible for my gross motor abilities or the non festive words coming out of my mouth.

MMMMM pressy idea for the little KISSES ear plugs for when mum finds those annoying little droppings thay leave.:D

You have to ask yourself though, how many countries would keep records of these stats, publish them, and be proud? That's what I thought!

As to accidents related to the wiggles, I'm sure the've been snuck into the broader categor of stepping on toys! Wiggle wiggle, step on toy, agrhhh, slipped disc or twisted ankle, bob's your uncle!

I don't know about proud but we AUSSIES are known to be able to laugh at our selves.:D

And don't forget the rescuing of all the drunk brits and other OS persons who congregate on our beaches, drink too much and try to surf!!!! They are a bit like lemmings - all bright red from sunburn and all trying desparately to drown!

The only time I went surfing on Christmas Day was 1961 at Bondi Beach.

There weren't too many other Brits around; I wasn't drunk or bright red; the waves were good (and so was I - I had qualified that year as a surf lifesaver both with reel and line and as surfboat crew).

The wind was too strong for my party tricks - surfing with a girl sitting on my shoulders, or doing a forward roll while still keeping on the wave. Those tricks were possible with the old large composite wooden boards that were being replaced by modern fibreglass. The modern boards made surfing completely different.

Nothing' like our sheep - well, our fine wool merinos - anywhere - but we arn't as fond, or have the same attachment!!! - of our sheep as the kiwis are.

After all, we all know why kiwis where gumboots???? its where you put the back legs when they fuck their favorite sheep!!!!laugh, laugh laugh!!!
