Hmmm... we thought he'd been acting strange at home lately:)

I can vouch for Carson. He is a real human type person who will inhabit my guest bedroom during Thanksgiving. Oh, and for those of you who still think Carson and I are the same person, just compare our writing. He would never write the poofy renaissance stuff I write.

Don't I feel like a tawdry little whore for having flirted with all of Gauche's personalities? Oh well, that's nothing new for me. ;)

I am ashamed to confess, but after more than a lustrum in doubtful pursuits, I still catch myself, occasionally, being naive.

What concerns me most, is, who will I now have to insult — Gauchecritic?

Charmed and delighted though I am to be in any way connected with Perdita, and much as I deeply admire her dedication to vocabulary and to Beckett, I am not she. Not that you'll take my word for it, naturally, but I hope that Perdita will derive some satisfaction from my acknowledgement. My only relation to Perdita, and a deeply cherished one, is that kiss she planted on my flank over in Carson's anal sex thread ;) Not that I'm fishing for another or anything ... much.

Perdita

*swoon* My dearest wish fulfilled.

And I shall believe in Carson whether or not he exists. He's too good not to exist. I shall believe in him even if he's proven nonexistant, because I adore him.

I feel left out; I'm not "really" anyone else at all.

I'm not anyone else either. So you're not left out any more WE'RE left out together :D

Ok. I've worked out who Shanglan is from the last post. I'm saying nothing.

Carson isn't me. Neither am I Carson.

ChilledVodka IV is me, but none of the other CVs.

CV knew who I was after my second post as CVIV. He PMed me.

I took the CVIV persona, not to interact with anyone under a pseudonym, simply to post as I did. Mostly with short, off the cuff stories relevant to the threads in which they appeared. I enjoyed the exercise and will continue with it.

There was no intent to deceive, merely to post in a different manner to the usual gauche way, and have the opportunity to be CVish.

It is highly unlikely that there will be any posted stories by CVIV.

I'm fascinated. Might you enlighten me? Feel free to use a PM if you like.

Not that anyone's ever asked or even expressed the mildest interest, but in the immortal words of that greatest of all western philosophers, Popeye the Sailer Man, "I yam what I yam."

As for all other AH Irregulars: "You write, therefore you are."

Rumple Foreskin (his mark)

ps: Perdita, don't even joke about leaving us. Worrying about that could give me a simplex (I'm way too dumb for a complex). RF

You're more clever than I took you for, Gauche - and I took you for considerably clever.;)

Well at least that charade is still in tact.

I knew you weren't me! And I'm pretty sure I'm not you.

I also knew you weren't any of the other CVs and his (?) other personas. You can't fake that.

Yes, Virginia, there really IS a ChilledVodka.

TFFT! I didn't think Gauche would say some of the things to me that CV does. :D

Lou :p

P.S. I knew CV was CV and Gauche was merely CV IV. Who are t'other two? Lucky and Vella? :p :p

Yep, it is a goodun. He nicked it off Killermuffin, btw. Don't know if you remember her, she hasn't been around much recently.

Tell me about it.

I remember Killer Muffin. Another one that I've wondered where she's gone and what she's been up to.

Tony,

KM kind of drifts in and drifts out. She surfaced recently at the Story Discussion Circle and still holds the title of moderator, although Pure is doing all the grunt work. I'm hoping her keeping in touch means she'll soon be able to come back rompin' and stompin' again.

I had thoughts, questions and answers and decided I didn't like any of them. Whether you write as Gauche or CVIV, I like what you write....

I don't know that I really understand this thread at all, except that the same sort of "who is xxxxx?" thread happens at most every active online community.

I'm not a simple person, I change my mind, my moods change, and sometimes I'll play the devil's advocate, just for fun. Maybe I'm fooling myself, but I think that one complex persona is far more interesting than several one-dimensional ones.

It's also easier to keep track of. God forbid I'd need to remember another log-on!
