That's what the link said, I didn't say shit about Bush or fraternities, but all the sudden everybody gets defensive, flinging accusations around, sure I have issues with Fraternity punks, I don't "hate all fraternities" or whatever it is I'm being accused of, like I said, they're basically a bunch of fucking wannabe gangsters - the big difference here is these punks and being coddled and groomed for positions of power, they get away with shit for one reason: you let them.

Happens every few years, and it's always the same thing, "boys will be boys", blah, blah.

And, for the record, I went to snooty university with one of the worst reputations for fraternities (which almost everyone joined), but I didn't join one. But when I saw a frat guy, I assessed him for what I saw individually not because either that he was a frat member or that some politician was a member of his frat forty years ago. It would be silly to do that.

Poke all you want hon, believe it or not I don't take any of this to heart. Opinions vary and a lot of that variance does hinge on personal experience. Not every frat kid is a dink. RI is a small state and RIC and PC have frats that are just goofball kids having some fun. Brown does have some Ivy league snots but is a bit more education based than a couple of it's Ivy cousins like Yale Now URI on the other hand has had major frat issues including arrests for horrendous hazings and some really bad alcohol issues. This is the school my daughter is in hence my "frat rule"

However, as i said and will do again. Fraternities are clubs that are based on like minded individuals. In the very elite schools these consist of "pure breds" and you best do and say exactly what the fool next to you does. Which is what their daddy's and daddy's daddy's said and did. I find it ironic that the alleged best of the best are the worlds biggest lemmings.

I think it is safe to assume every kid in that particular frat is an elitist chauvinistic dick. Just like good old GB is. But back in the day info like this was squashed because back in the propaganda days we were not allowed to know that the "cream of the crop" could still contain "the bottom of the barrel." The media would not "embarrass the rich with their own behavior.

Think about this; Clinton goes through all this crap because he got a blowjob. Okay well that to me is between him and Hilary. Now my lady what do you think was going on during "Camelot" JFk was fucking Marylin right on the desk in the oval office but hey we didn't know about that back then.

Said it before will say it again. What I see in these kids is no different than the attitude exhibited by the IMF asshole that everyone is (rightly) crucifying. America has more than it's share of hotshots who are above the law. Just most of ours are in the entertainment industry.

These kids got caught with their pants down as did Yale who knows damn well this has been going down. It's about time and it is well deserved negative publicity. All I am saying is they got what they deserved and people need to look beyond money and social status because these little cockheads are living breathing proof it does not buy class.

On another note I have been very well behaved here because it has taken and act of will not to pick yet another fight with Mr Perfect good old SR who is as cutting edge as my mom's meatloaf but thinks he is some type of unique individual who has seen and done it all and is never wrong. Had I read it on my own, the class angle would have barely registered. The article is about misogyny young women face, and it’s pretty deluded to think it’s limited to spoiled rich boys.

So they chanted obscenities against women and rated slu—sorry, female freshmen, on attractiveness. Totally unheard of in any other social stratum, right?
