This is a take off from Rhys's idea of doing art work for friends..and just to let everyone know that I did not steal his idea.I asked him and he thinks it is a great idea.

I do not work right now, and I have alot of time during the day,,and I spend alot of it painting ceramics.

If you would like a handpainted ornament for your tree please respond here and send me your address in a PM.

I will do 15.
If you have a preference, such as a santa or a snowman, tell me and I will do my best to get that for you.
These ornaments are all hand painted by me and are no more than 3" tall and very detailed..

Thank you,Icey

I think that that is a great idea. How neat is that? I would love to have one. I will pm you.

I would love one as well! I am adopting a family from another site and getting their Christmas presents this year, so I will send it to them!
Thanks!!

Hey, you're igoring your general board thread about that poor family that you're adopting. We're still waiting for the link to the site with their plea for Christmas presents.

I'd say they were being "realists" and not just naive believing anything they read on the internet. But maybe that's just splitting hairs...

yeah, MAYBE
www.hauntedhouseofreebies.com
click on message board
then "adopt a family for christmas"

As I said on the general board, I see no such family on that thread. What's their "need #?" You must know if if you adopted them as that is what they are identified by.

I am definitely not an asshole. If I didn't give a damn I wouldn't have bothered posting to your thread.

the problem with the photo is the window behind the ornaments, too much light coming in.
Try to take against a self colored background, and shine a light on the ornaments.
I have worked a little on it, to try to improe the view of the actual ornaments
post it here shortly.
and

I am full of admiration at your skills
they look wonderful

BD...

Thank you for trying to make the photo better. I tried several different backgrounds and none of them worked either. Yours looks alot better than any of mine ...thank you. Hopefully next year I will be able to do better with my pics. There is so much tiny details on them I doubt they will show up anyway.

I look forward to doing this agian next year..or mayhap think of something to do on another holiday.:)

again thanks for your interest and help...
