Some people are apparently putting their x-mas lights back up, in order to spread cheer in these coronavirus times.

Or maybe they're just trying to re-boot 2020, which sounds like a good idea...

Heh, I haven't taken mine down yet. The decorations are away but the lights are still up.

If only! When I walk around at night now, it's like the Thanos Snap happened. Could use a good rebooting! :D

When I walk around the nabe close to twilight on my days off, I notice some people still having lights in their windows or in their interiors that can be seen through their windows. Not necessarily X'mas style green & red, but most of them are the blinking kind.

It's cheery. Gives off a faux starry night effect in your boudoir or something like that. :D

You lazy bint!

I'm conserving my energy.

I like pulling up in the driveway at night and seeing them. I have them set to come on at sunset and stay on for four hours. It's cheerful.

It's not a lot - just a single string across the front porch, but it makes me happy.
