I don't know the premise behind this video so he could have been landing short on purpose. However, he landed WAY SHORT of a normal landing as you can see he hit the fence before he hit the runway.

A normal landing is one where you actually land on the first set of runway markings which are usually 500 feet from the end of the runway.

He damaged the plane and the fence so he's going to have some costly repair bills.

It is also a German registered airplane, not a US registration.

(This could have been a stunt to see how low he could get over the guy that is laying on the beach, but it was a stupid stunt as he could have wrecked the plane by landing it in the sand which would have been an instant flip over and could have possibly killed the occupants of the plane.)
