Wrong Category?

I just read this and have no idea where you should put it, except perhaps non-erotic. I mean, not much happens. I couldn't even quite get the point of it all, except that I gather she got revenge for a friend who'd been assaulted.

Things that were confusing:

* The use of present tense
* The diary entries -- it was confusing to read about a woman dressing up in stilettos and then reading about her getting a bra. ???
* The formatting of the diary entries. I know it can be a pain, but try to set stuff like that off with italics, blockquotes, or something. You barely knew when you were heading into a diary entry or a reminiscence or whatever.
* Going between POVs. Lisa, the Cadillac, the diary entries -- I couldn't keep track. Pick one POV, stick with it, and if you have to switch, make the switch very clear to the reader, as well as the switch back.

PennLady,
Thank you for taking the time to read.
I see the things you are speaking of and think that I put it up to soon.
Is there a way to delete it and start over.
I never saw a place to delete a story.
Thanks Again, pete

No, there's no easy "Delete." :) Go to the submit page, as though you were submitting a story, but instead in the title field type "[title] -- DELETE" (no quotes)

Then in the text and/or notes sections, write a little note with "Please delete this story." It'll take about as long for them to delete as it does for them to post.

As an alternative, you can edit your story, then got to the submit page and enter "[title] -- EDITED" (no quotes) in the title field, then do the rest as usual. In the notes section, you could put something about this being a new version to replace an old one.

Good luck.
