I need to come up with a plot for a script contest that starts tomorrow. I have FAR FAR too many erotic ideas, and though they would be good for Lit, they're not likely to be accepted warmly by the judges and other entrants.

Yesterday, I WON a contest! A daily 300-word flash fiction piece!! Not bad for writing the FIRST thing that popped into my mind!!

Only writing done was yesterday mornings answer to an SRP and a thread response on an impromptu moment.

Tonight if there is time I am going to finish the erotic scene in my Mature story and see what happens after that. The kids are home all next week on Spring Break, so writing may suffer some, may not, I never know. lol

Still lurking

Not much time to post, much less write, but I took a big step this weekend and went old school with HTSL--I printed it on paper. I'd already made a lot of changes from the online version, and since printing it, I've read through half of it and slashed even more. Taking a few months off from it really helped me to see it clearer, and to better understand some points that my outstanding beta reader made.

One thing--that point about anal sex....um, no, we do it that way all the time.

Not much time to post, much less write, but I took a big step this weekend and went old school with HTSL--I printed it on paper. I'd already made a lot of changes from the online version, and since printing it, I've read through half of it and slashed even more. Taking a few months off from it really helped me to see it clearer, and to better understand some points that my outstanding beta reader made.

Looks like 4 days to have a story posted. Hopefully Ch 8 will be out tomorrow and Ch 9 on Fri. Trying to plug away a bit here and a bit there and work through the aches to get the ideas down while they're fresh.

I am working on my rewrite, with what I've added so far, I'm at 32K about 7K more than when I wrote it out the first time.

Entering the next part of the novel I have been working on which includes the infamous "meeting" scene that I've asked a couple of questions about in other threads.

Going to attempt to split pov between two characters while describing and having some verbal exchanges between 10 other people in the room. A live sex scene between 2 of them and everyone's reactions.

I think I'm going to drink first. I've been dreading this one which makes me think "self fulfilling prophecy" so now trying to talk myself up into You can do it mode.

Was excited to get the copy right for it in the mail today though, so maybe that will help.
