Has it been a year already?

I woke this morning full of introspect and want to simply say thank you to Laurel and all of lit for the last year!

The year has been rife with personal challenges and they continue.

However, during that year, I have made some wonderful real time friends, cyber friends and simply gotten to know some wonderful, intelligent and influential people in my life. Thank you all!

Lit has been a place to seek solace or seek entertainment when the "lonely bug" threatens to bite.

I hope that I have been able to make some of you smile from time to time, chuckle when you least expect or find strength from within when life starts beating you up. In summation, I hope that I am giving what I have gleaned.

Thank you all!

Now, back to fun and games! I promise NOT to be too maudlin on this little anniversary of mine.
