so far not many of your questions really apply to me, since I'll probably never be married and the only "child" I'll ever have is my mother, who gets more child-like all the time... and I don't mean that as a good thing. lol. but hey... I'll take a shot.

to me, depends on the crime. robbery? eh. rape and/or murder? oh, hell yeah. that would be much worse than finding out my child is gay.

I hate to say it, but I also think it could depend on the gender of the child. I probably would consider a gay son as a reflection of my own masculinity or lack thereof. gay daughter, I don't think it would bother me as much.

most definitely. just call me "mr. double standard". or, considering my previous answer, "mr. homophobic double standard", if that's what my opinion makes me. bottom line is it probably wouldn't bother me at all if my son were sexually active, as long as all necessary precautions were taken. ain't nobody touching my daughter til she's at least 30, tho. lol.

I'm guessing that the main reason behind this is that it took so long for me to lose my own virginity.
