Would you sleep with a married person?

I wouldn't because that would mean I was cheating on my wife. But I love the idea of my hotwife hooking up with a married man. As a husband in a hotwife relationship I obviously have no objections to sex outside the confines of marriage. I'm also eagerly awaiting that moment when I'm watching my wife having sex with another man. With a married man it would most likely force my wife to start using our marital bed. Which would hurry that process for sure.

Yes, if it's problem it's his problem.
I was once seeing a married guy at work. We'd normally go to a hotel after work but sometimes do it at work late when others had gone.
One time we had a party at work and partners were invited. He came with his wife and I thought I'd have some fun. So I pursuaded him to come upstairs to his office and started sucking him off. Then I asked him to come in me. He went downstairs first and I stayed to tidy up, then went down, went over to him and his wife and started chatting to them. I didn't tell her that her husband's spunk was dribbling into my knickers!

I agree, that was hot.

Yes I have. I really dont see an issue with it from an unmarried persons perspective. I'm not making them. Its 100% their choice to cheat. Not like if I chose not to they're suddenly going to be like "well, guess it's back to my wife" lol

If it’s consensual for all parties to include my own wife too, yes I would and have

Jesus Christ! I’m blown away by how many of you people are saying you’re alright with this. For the record, you’re a piece of shit if you knowingly cheat with another person’s spouse.

Hmmmmmmmm ... suspect this might not be a good forum for you.

The question is who chooses to respond to a thread with a title like this. I suspect that it causes serious sample bias. Let’s be honest here: a society won’t do well if 80% of the people are willing to violate their vows. This is Literotica which already creates a bias in respondents coupled with the question bias. Further answering isn’t the same thing as real life crossing the line. I have a thread about first time crossing the line. From the responses you would think cheating rarely has consequences. That seems unlikely.

I have had sex with a Married woman with her husband in the room and recording it

why not? if he's wanting to play then that is on her and him; not me. if im interested, going to play

If you participate in it, you're complicit in the wrongdoing, don't you think?

Only if you pursued the married party, and tempted them.away from a happy marriage

I think your logic is flawed. If you participated with someone else in an armed robbery, you would hardly get yourself acquitted by saying "But it was his idea!"

The real question here is "Is cheating wrongdoing?" I don't know the answer, and I'll admit that the idea of it still turns me on under certain circumstances. But I do know this: it can and usually does turn into a mess. I've been on all three sides of the cheating triangle—I've cheated, I've been cheated on, and I've been the one someone else cheated with. In every case someone gets hurt—as often as not, everyone does. So personally, without judging anyone else, I now avoid the triangle.

Yet a 19yo boy will be charged with statutory rape of his 15yo (completely willing) girlfriend. She participated and by your logic should be just s guilty.

Who gets charged if the boy and the girl are BOTH 15?

How about if they're both boys?

Sex "crimes" are a little different.

Although on strictly moral grounds, you probably aren't wrong.

Yes. I prefer "ethical" to "moral" grounds, but I definitely wasn't thinking in legal terms. Honestly, my thinking here isn't even ethical, it's simply practical. I've seen what happens, experienced it personally, and so now I prefer to avoid it.

This is a pretty insightful answer. I also have been bounced around the triangle, and it always hurts to land.
