Would like a woman`s point of view for a Love letter to my Mom

I just wrote a love letter to my Mom. I would like to include 3-5 erotic images as seen below. She doesn`t have any idea and all this comes out of the blue. From a womans perspective , would you be turned off if a Love letter to you had erotic drawings or would it turn you off ?
