Worth it!

Ok, I know i shouldnt be posting this here but it will be worth it if i can do this.... im having shit luck trying to resize my pics so they will fit on the site without them going all 'pixely' am using camedia master, anyone have any ideas?, should i use jpeg or bmp???

and they have to be 600x800 pixels and 101KB maximum

Definitely jpg, if your getting the resolution right make sure your file size is under the limit
