How many other folks work from home, either part-time or full-time, in the nude? How and why did you get started doing so? Do you have any interesting stories to share coming from such a working environment?

Well I don't work from home but do like to work nude in my office.
How did it start well think I just like to be naked it's a turn on :)

i think its hot when i lady plays while at work and i love to tease them by letting them listen to me get off while they work its so hot

Dear firefighter,

I think your post has more to do with work from home sex at opposed to work from home nude.

I work from home much of the time. Since I sleep in the nude, it's pretty easy to just stay that way. I'm an early riser and just start thinking of work and go to it after my first cup of coffee. I know this is unromantic, but I'm a photographer/writer and I just dig into the computer and go for it in Photoshop or Word.

But....I'm not all work and no play. If the occasion arises, or "it" arises, I can easily take time off work.

Since I started this thread, I feel obligated to add how and why I started to work while nude in my home office...

For the first 15 years of my software development career I wore the uniform of business suit and tie. The exceptions were weekends, casual Fridays (when that became the custom), and when working at a client site where business casual was the rule.

When I first starting working from home over ten years ago, I wore walking shorts and a shirt. Basically, golf clothes. The idea of working nude was not something I had even heard of, much less considered for myself, even thought I was a frequent beach nudist.

Because my Florida home office would get warm from the computer equipment, after a few months I decided to remove my shirt for comfort. I had never worked shirtless. It took a while to get acclimated, but I kept my naked chest to the grindstone. I found being physically more comfortable while working was something I enjoyed. It was not much longer when I decided to try working completely without clothes, figuring more comfort would be even more enjoyable. And it was.

Another advantage of working nude is not having to make any wardrobe decisions in the morning; just get out of the shower and get to work!

My relatives run a Nudist camp in PA. Early on I and my parents were going up there so i'm really ok with nudity. In fact my first story on lit "A weekend away" was about one such trip I made with my Father when I was 19. A weekend I won't forget!

To answer your query, honestly I depends on the weather. When it's hot I usually don't have that many clothes on if any at all. Now it's Fall in NJ and the weather can be nasty at times lol!

Yes Fon, working nude when it is chilly in my office due to colder weather is not an option! Burr.

I work naked approximately 70% of the time, and nearly so the rest of the time. I usually wear a pair of sandals cause I don't like cold floors on my tootsies. I have a variety of cashmere and silk light wraps in case it gets a little chilly or sometimes a T-shirt. But I rarely wear anything else working because I like to be comfortable. Always keep a wrap handy in case I have to answer the door to avoid those uncomfortable situations(chuckle, once bitten twice shy).

With my job as proffessional gimp, I normally wear only a t=shirt or a tank. I only wear pants or shorts if I need to

My job went home bound several years ago. I just have to remember to throw on a little something before I accept the invites to the WebEx meetings! I never wear clothes unless absolutely necessary. I save a few thousand dollars a year on clothes, laundry stuff, water, and electricity. If you have the means, I highly recommend it!

Like switch, I do not work nude 100% of the time. Since my wife also works with me, sometimes I get dressed to maintain high professional standards. Often, after she takes a shower, she wears a towel for quite a while in her office.

Sensual has a good point. We save a lot on clothes, washing, electric, etc. due to my minimizing of a work wardrobe. (Also, time getting dressed.)

Good for the eviroment, sleeping nude is also good

I work from home most of the time. During the summer, I live aboard my boat and of course, work from there then. Both, my home and boat are very secluded and offer me the privacy to go outside without dressing. I have always hated to wear clothes and only do so if I must go out in public.

Sensual, I know what you mean about WebEx. Lucky for us, we use GoToMeeting, so we can be naked while assisting clients. I often think about how a client on the other end of a phone call has no idea I am nude while talking and helping them!
