Psychopath

Because nobody uses it right!

What? Like in, "I hiked down the psychopath and bumped into all sorts of crazy people?"

I didn't move fast enough. I was waiting for 'P' for my hated word, "paradigm". It was the business buzzword from the '80s that simply didn't want to go away. Like herpes.

Oh, well.

It’s not so much that it doesn’t make sense, since the definition is fairly obvious. But it’s just pointless and unnecessary.

Sure, you can say that Rogue One is an interquel to Star Wars. It’d say practically nothing as to where exactly it fits. It’s much more to the point to clarify it comes before A New Hope, and if you do then you no longer need this clumsy word at all.

Current word: inure.

One example of an interquel from literature is one of the Narnia series books by CS Lewis, 'The Horse & His Boy' which takes place entirely during the Pevensie kids' adulthood in Narnia before they return to England and become kids again. It's probably the least known of the Narnia books.

Xanax

Wtf, Big Pharm. You can do better.
You know what? I'm gonna take us all the way back around to A again. "Ah." Especially in the case of "ah, yes," which at the start of a post or comment tells you that some inane garbage is incoming. It has no purpose other than to be a condescension-intensifier. It's the most annoying person alive wrapped up in two little words.

The only good use of 'ah' is this:
