I'll start with

unsexier

It came up in a scrabble game.

Do you know words that exist but people rarely use?

Is that a real English word? (it ain't in my Oxford)
Even Wiki has a bit of a problem.

It sounds to me like a portmanteau invention (ie., a load of tosh!).
Personally, I'd challenge that one.

There are some very odd words in the Official Scrabble (tm) Dictionary.

Here are a few un- words from the Cassell Dictionary of Slang:

un-ass 1940s-60s [US Black] hand over, give up.

unbelt late 19th C [US] to hand over money

unbenefit 1990s [US teen] to disassociate oneself from after a disagreement or an unpleasant occurrence. [lit. to withdraw one's benefits from]

unbetty early-mid 19th C to unlock

unbridle 1920s-50s to remove one's hat

undercarriage 1990s the vagina

undercover 1950s [US Black] sexual intercourse

underdimple 19th C the vagina

under-entrance 19th C the vagina

undermeat 1990s the labia majora

underput early 17th C a mistress

A large percentage of the whole dictionary is words for sexual items.

Lots of 'em. I'm fond of "orthogonal".

"Harris's List of Covent-Garden Ladies" (18th-century guide to London's horizontal ladies) has some great euphemisms for sex, e.g. "when the blind boy weeps".

Orthogonal is one of my faves too.

Nice euphemism there....
