It's not a big deal
I don't think a woman wearing men's anything is a big deal, sexually or otherwise. My wife is often in my shirts. As for underwear, shorts, and whatnot, men's clothes are generally not made of material that feels good against the skin. Sure, silk boxers are nice, but I cannot think of a time my wife ever got turned on by wearing my stuff to wear it. Maybe the smell of me in my clothes got her hot but not the clothes themselves.

I wear briefs and boxers and I get a kick out of it - but I agree with the men who say they don't feel as good as women's silkies. If I do wear ladythings, I feel like a CD and that means I had better be in a very secure position emotionally or else I won't enjoy it.

Disclaimer, this has nothing to do with sex. My Stepdaughter started wearing my boxer shorts a few years ago. She just came out of her room wearing a pair with a t-shirt, no big deal right? Well her mum freaked and asked her why she was doing that. She went into her room and came back out with her own (G-string) underwear and asked if that was better. I laughed my ass off because she proved her point. Her mum got pissed at both uf us. I bought her her own boxers for Christmas and she has worn them ever since. Says they are much more comfortable with certain attire. I can't agree more.

I'm thinking the issue of wearing men's underwear, for women is not the simple fetish thing. Even though I'm pretty fetishistic, the turn-on is not physical. It's more about feeling right.
