Women who say they are fed up of feeling judged by feminists, and believe they are further dividing the sexes, are now turning to ‘meninism’ in protest.

Meninism is a campaign, spearheaded by the Meninist Twitter account, that claims to fight for equality for men.

While the Twitter account purports to be ‘just a joke’, and says it shouldn’t be taken seriously, it often shares sexist posts that many find offensive.
Okay well sometimes that meninist account on Twitter goes overboard, but hey, 'Kill all men' started on Twitter, too, so the feminists got jack shit to say.

Though I admit this has got to burn some feminist ass.

They made good points in the article.

(if I understood corectly) Are they implying that this feminazi branch that sprung from the feminist movement has gone overboard with the generalizations, leading to misandry and even turning against their own kind?

But that, in saying that, the tweets weren't a clever way to get their point across? That this "let's go to war and mock them" only generated confusion and backfired.

The meninist tweets did indeed generate confusion. It didn't help that they pulled the same shock jockery as the 'kill all men' crowd did.

But it is karmic payback that some women are picking up the 'meninist' meme and running with it, using the same 'it is not serious, get a sense of humor, feminists!!!' mindset that the "Kill All Men" feminists use to defend their nonsense.

These women don't see 'meninism' as hateful toward women, and frankly, they're not. But that doesn't excuse their shock jock behavior. There are limits you should stick to when doing that and I think the 'meninism' account sometimes goes too far.

As I told you before, the most litigious (nasty made-up complaints to professional bodies, 90% against women) person from a former workplace was such a feminazi.
She was a british imigrant. The other such person was british too. Not NZ or australian.
In saying that, the other female british imigrants that I had dealings with talked about and aproved of feminism, but they had no gender bias and were quite appropriate.

I still haven't entirely got my head around it why that is.

excuse the quote, but is the dog in your AV foaming at the mouth?

Oops! You're british:D

Not my fault that you guys have such superior and refined representatives here like DesEseintes et al.
And that, by contrast, people like me are such unsophisticated plebeians. At least by your books, you know….
