For me, it has to be Filipinas. I lived abroad for 2 years in Manila, and was only with one. If I had known how it was going to end, I would not have been exclusive. Poorly. See, I am old fashioned in some ways. We wanted to get married. I believe that you get married to start a family. She decided she didn't want kids afterall. That's an irreconcilable difference. I mean she has a career in marketing, and excels in her field. I was fine with that. She didn't believe in abortion, but she looked down upon women who chose to be housewives and raise children. So, I broke up with her. I figured it would be better for us to find partners who wanted the same thing. 5 years later, she married an American guy, air force vet, and had a little girl shortly after.

Well, we broke up over 15 years ago. I was relieved she found someone. When we got back to the hotel, my wife did make a comment about how she couldn't believe my ex had a kid with that guy, but not with me.
