Good advice from Erika, I can't add a thing. The last link that she gave you has great advice and after reading, it has helped me a LOT! I feel much more comfortable when deep throating. It does take quite a bit of practice, so don't get discouraged. Practicing with a dildo really helps, but make sure it's lubricated with a water based lube. Putting one down dry is sure to cause a lot of irritation.
