two days, no votes. sokay...i feel like its pennance for my falling behind on reading. but...

<LOL>I just realized my halloween story received more votes this week
than my winter story There's something very strange about that...
but funny!

Ya gotta love most trolls. I can only think of 4 reasons for trolling ya...

1. They think you really really done good and they gotta put holes in yer boat either so theirs or their friends boat floats higher in the watter.

2. They really reacted negatively and emotionally to what you wrote.

3. They didn't read it.. just hate the category/site and dump on everyone. Or they feel morally compelled to attack stories that reach them, and the story they are voting on did just that!

4. They are just flat out malicious.

All I can say is:

1. Thank you.. I am flattered that you think my work that good.

2. I'm sorry you reacted so strongly... but thank you for reacting to my story. I must have done something right.

I think they've already gotten to me. My score dropped just a tad, from 4.75 to 4.69, but I don't care because the vote count is still satisfactory for the first day!

I'm glad you liked it. Those who've left PC's seem to think it's a fun read, which was my goal. Of course, the trolls have been by. Since 6:30 this morning, it's picked up 15 votes while the score has dropped .40, putting it way below the H level.

Isn't it nice to know there are some things we can count on in this ever changing world?

How sad is it I just got an idea for the winter contest.

Maybe, just maybe, I think I used all my plot for NaNo cause this idea is 100% plot free, unless plot could best be described with little nimbered foot, knee and hand prints First hand there, then hand.... etc

Like this would be make an alt name bad as in dirty, hopefully well written

I feel sexy.

Anyway, these are the RVCs that I've done so far: Rumple, Imp, Vella, Og, Jett, Sack, Hugo Sam, Abs and Salvor. I'm slowly but surely making my way down the list, guys. I don't want to miss anyone.

I'll get back to reading later. I've got to get back to stuffing my Thanksgiving chicken and getting it ready for roasting.

*grumbling* Damn bird flu hype in Greece, making everybody afraid of turkeys instead of chickens...haven't had an authentic Thanksgiving turkey in ages...
