Hello everybody. New to the board.

anyways.. Today was the first time that I ever used went into one of those places where you see a girl dancing behind a glass window.

I was wondering, Does anybody here know how much you are supposed to tip in one of those places?

I need some help. I'm not really sure how much. I think I overtipped today.($50) I was extremely nervous. This was the first time I ever saw a nude woman. (yeah I know, 18 years old and this was my first time?!!)

So are you just supposed to drop money in or are you supposed to wait for a certain time? And are you supposed to ask her stuff?

Sorry for going on so long. Just a little confused. I wanna learn some peepshow etiquette.

I'm inclined to agree with Mr. GGG a tad here.

I haven't seen one of those stages since a Madonna video! And I've never seen one in person at all. I only knew they existed eons ago alongside big screen porno houses (pre-VCR days!).

Dropping $50 is a bit excessive in my opinion. And you're now of age to go up front to see a stripper if you're so inclined. $50 won't exactly go far there either (cover charges, expensive drinks, etc.) but it does have a little bit more of an acceptable atmosphere than one of the places you described.

No need to apologize for being 18 & finally seeing your first naked woman. That's perfectly fine but the larger question looms as to how you'll deal with a REAL woman in a real relationship. If we all knew that ultimate answer, we'd be filthy rich bottling the formula. It's a trick to be in a relationship; so disappointing and yet oh-so gloriously rewarding.

It's a living breathing person on the other side that makes it that much more intriguing. It's not neccesarily the visual appeal (heaven knows there aren't too many angles of the female form we don't see in porn mags & videos) but the fact of the matter is that the woman is RIGHT there makes the difference. She's REAL and almost tantalizingly close too!

Yeah, you're all right about the $50 too. That WAS excessive. Nervousness just got to me. The stripper had told me earlier to be generous.

So When she was stripping I ended up spending $15. But she still hadn't gotten naked (just topless) and I was out of money.
So I went down to the ATM and got out $40. Then I went back and started over. (she had gotten dressed again)
I started out by putting in $3 then $5 then $5. By now she had gotten naked. By now I was so excited that I just didn't want her to get discouraged.
So I pulled out my last 20 dollar bill and dropped it in. By now I had spent around $50. Oddly, I didn't regret it.
Just wish I knew how to tip responsibly. LOL

Anyways, yeah, I plan on going to a strip club soon. I'm not a very social guy so I'm a little nervous.
I will have trouble with women because I have like no social skills. Maybe I can start out small. Peepshow booths. then strip clubs and then actually talking to regular girls. The peepshow experience is a sort of good exercise for this though. It requires one on one interaction with the girl. Sorry for rambling....

I agree. Work on those social skills first and foremost. The strip clubs aren't going anywhere & they offer a fantasy world. Reality first! Having a real relationship is so much more rewarding in so many ways over the false ones. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the fantasy world but a little balance between the two would seem healthier. You admit to not having the world's hottest social skills, but that can be worked upon.

Besides going to strip clubs can be awfully expensive in the long run!

We used to have such a place in our neck of the woods but it closed about 5 years ago. The place was a porno theatre, book store, video rental, arcade, video peep booths, and live model contact. The cost was $15 and the model was behind glass but there were a number of "port holes" where customers could tip the girls. As I recall the girls started out in lingerie and then slowly took it all off. When they were on break it was not uncommon for them to walk through the bookstore where you could get closer to them and talk to them if you wanted. Alas, while we have a few strip clubs left places such as this are long gone in our area. $50 was excessive but I can also understand your enthusiasm.

$15? Over here they only cost about 50 Cents to open the window (it has a timer) Minimum you have to buy is $2 worth. The tipping though is what gets you....

Thanks for the girl advice. But I'm not looking for a relationship right now. Dating neither. No plans for sex in the near future either. I just felt like seeing a naked girl.

capricious_chic: They have them down here in Albuquerque. Only 2 that I know of.
