I am so defeated!
They won’t post my story. I have edited it a couple times, but this is all new to me. I am not a natural editor.

I suggest trying the Editors Forum, since Story Feedback is more for stories that have already been published, and people are looking to get feedback on their work. You might be able to find someone there who would be willing to take a look at your story. When you do, also make sure to include any reasons for rejection, as well as details about your story just so people who see your post have an idea the type of story you've written, and any kinks or content warnings so they can see if it's something they're interested.

Rejections are, unfortunately, something that happens from time to time, but it is no reason to give up. See if you can figure out what exactly is causing the rejections, and hopefully that will address whatever concerns the site has. Also don't take it personally, a lot of these rejections are automated, and don't mean your story is bad, it just means something flagged it and you should try to change whatever the issue is.
