Will We strike Fordo? Update: We did

The Times of Israel

“Two B-2 bombers have taken off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri towards the US military base on the island of Guam, according to flight tracking data.”

Unclear if they are headed for Guam or Diego Garcia. If it’s the latter, the US would need British permission to launch strikes from that base.
Round trip with aerial refueling. None of them landed or needed British permission.

Again, you believe stupid shit.

Where did that video come from?

Never mind..you literally don't care. You believe what you find.
It was tagged as a video from a port city that Israel hit. Not one of the nuclear sites.

Okay, so trying to look at this from a different perspective.

USA just unilaterally attacked Iran.
In this I am not saying anything about whether it was a good or bad idea. I am just stating the fact. USA attacked another sovereign country, without warning.

It is reasonable to think about several scenarios.

1) yeah.. This is going to be complicated and messy, does raw power prevail?
Nah, if you guys take a look at the history of the last 20 years (that is not even real history, is it?) Raw power is only being met with more raw power.

2) okay.. so Iran has made a request for an emergency assembling the UN, smart thinking.

2b) USA did this without having agreed with the rest of "The free world" (whatever that means.. But boy I am feeling lucky that I am a part of it, even though..I am unsure what the protection really is)

3) It is not unlikely that the USA is going to face consequences, they have a lot of military in that area.

4) Will USA make use of the Article 5 in NATO, again as the only country? Do we once more have to fight for USA, fight to let USA be "the leader of the free Nations"

... Instead of debating who made the plans, who is the smarteste one.. blah blah..
Things that really does not have that much meaning right now in this moment,

Facts are:

USA just bombed another sovereign country.
USA is the aggressor.
There were diplomatic missions, even the American president had given the diplomacy 14 days, before he would take action.
USA might have crossed some serious lines, that would be up to the law to judge.

The rest of the world has become extremely destabilised, and have we heard anything from China yet?

This does feel like a very, very shortsighted action made in affect.

.... I really do not want more Europeans to die for a war USA started.

Definitely agree!

They just b0mbed a sovereign country without warning, and we’ve seen how that plays out before. Pathetic Congress is silent, as usual, and prior to that Garland dropped the ball by not holding the felon accountable when it could’ve made a difference. Matter of fact, even before that, this insane man should have been impeached AND removed in his first term. That's the annoying part, so many fucking chances, this could have all been avoided!

Now this country is dealing with the fallout. Iran isn’t afraid of dying, they’ve shown time and time again they’re willing to absorb losses and strike back hard. It's a very different culture compared to the West. This kind of reckless move doesn’t just put lives at risk overseas, it makes America a bigger target and drags this country closer to a war it can’t afford and probably can’t win. So stupid! And he has pissed off allies!

I couldn't agree more!
I'd like to ad that the big orange idiot puked all over Europe (and especially Denmark and Germany) and if he now want's to use Article 5, I'd say he has already made a lot of people here angry enough to revolt against that.
The great peacemaker is quite the opposite at the moment. Big failure in Ukraine and now this.
The upside is that he hasn't any time to invade Greenland and Canada.

Yup.

What goes on internally in the USA, I am not going to comment on. As I might have opinions, many even.. but I cannot vote, I do not have any influence.. And it is not my country.

Regarding the situations that involves my region, my country and our safety, I am going to be very vocal about.

This has changed, drastically.. I would have said that my concern also covered USA, but things have changed. This is not only the current American administrations fault, but they were the last.. Very, very loud and infuriating drop.

Iran is a country with 90 million people.
My estimate.. around 80% of the population would like to get their freedom, their rights.. Their lives back.

- they wanted to get rid of the 47 years of oppression. They are victims!!!

Bombing them, terrifying them.. what is it going to help? What can they do, that they have not already done!!

The religious regime is hunting the freedom fighters, people are executed daily, Life is tough!

If USA really wanted to help, there must surely have been other ways?

What does the American administration think will happen now?
- That the religious regime in Iran would be concerned about losing innocent citizens?

... Have they not seen, heard.. registered at least, just how cruel the oppression is in Iran? How little the citizens matter?

The religious regime is not going to back down. They are not going to lose face.

...

Which brings us to "The Allies".... Sigh.

  • USA stated that they were not sure, that they wanted to be a part of NATO anymore.
  • USA have been doing a lot of name calling, in regards to their allies.
  • USA have not ruled out to annex another sovereign country. A member of EU and NATO - actually it is a stated goal! Even going as far as threatening with military invasion.
  • Oh.. Tariffs, who does not love Tariffs.
  • USA have very, very that they would not necessarily come to aid Europe if a war broke out here.
  • Ukraine. I mean.. I do not even need to say anything more.

So, yeah.. the Allies.

We have a war on our continent, with Russia, I am not sure that we want to take part in a war that would escalate things even further. As Russia, Iran and China are allies.

....

This whole situation? A poorly thought through spur of the moment, done by someone volatile and without any diplomatic understanding.

Fuck it.. I cannot change things, I do not want to waste a perfectly fine summer's day.

But my compassion and heart aches for the millions of innocents, who are being reduced to nothing but numbers. Their lives, love, contributions.. all reduced to a number of the list of casualties.

Absolutely agree with everything you said! It's incredibly draining because it could have all been avoided by preventing him from a slithering back into government. The Iranian people have suffered through brutal regimes. The felon and his cronies clearly didn’t think this through, and it’s frustrating how often innocent lives become just numbers in someone else’s war. Your voice matters, even if you can't vote here, this affects the whole world.

Already hearing the Muslim loving, Anti-Americans in Congress calling for Trump to impeached. Unfucking believable.

GOOD! Get him the fuck out of our government!

Don't you even dare try that tired MAGAt babble of being anti American. We know you don't see Muslims or anyone who doesn't look like you as human beings. MAGAt mentality.
