Considering I have heard that if you literally blow a guy you can do him serious damage.

And is it also true that you can kill a female by exposing her vagina to extreme heat, e.g. from a hairdrer. I think its not true but haven't tried it personally.

I do not know of any serious damage that can be done to a male by trying to inflate him -- I think that part of your post is myth

Using a hair dryer as a sex toy is not a good idea.

First, the heat won't kill someone, but it is potentially very painful. A haird dryer is intende to produce a "safe" heat at bout six to ten inches from the nozzle. "Safe" in terms of scalp and hands -- mucus membranes are much more sensitive to heat and the drying effect of hot air.

Second, at certain times a woman's vagina is more permeable to air, and trying to inflate her, whether by using a hair dryer or with your lungs, can cause an air embolism in her blood stream that is potentially fatal.
