Black people below the Mason Dixon Line would not have their civil rights today if it wasn't for Eisenhower who sent Texas paratroopers into Arkansas to enforce the Constitution. The same goes for law enforcement in the United States. There are bad actors who need to be rooted out, fired, prosecuted or ousted.
