Why Recidiva is not an adult, and is an insult to paganism

And what's the Rule of Three?

Its the rule which states "after 3 things happen, 3 more things happen, which may or may not be related"

This is not really a rule, its an empirical observation.

It does seem redundant to point out that I'm a minority in opinion and in practice.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_three_(Wiccan)

"The Rule of Three (also threefold law or law of return) is a tenet of Wicca. claiming that whatever energy a person puts out into the world, be it positive or negative, will be returned to that person three times."

Which pretty much explains why when you call someone a nigger and your lights get punched out, the cops advise you NOT to press charges. While the other guy goes to court, your neighbors go to kangaroo court on you. :)

So you're saying that calling someone a nigger turns them and all their friends into niggers?

Pagan is a much broader term than Wiccan.

What you're trying to apply is the reverse golden rule. Do unto others - first.

You take insult when it isn't intended, and don't take it when it is.

You're disconnected from what other people think or feel, and just want to enforce your own reality.

As for my path, LT, there's nothing you could do to me that I wouldn't forgive you for doing. That's a big part of my practice.

Maybe you should look into the idea if you want to be a force for actual justice, and not one for revenge. There is a difference.

How would this affect voting districts?

It would be interesting to see you actually test the rule of three. The negative energy you have put out in this thread alone will keep you in wiccan deficit for the next century.

Imagine how bad it would be if you really had punched someone.

And the Rede is "An it harm none, do as ye will."

I'd love to see his definition of "harm."

Other than mild discomfort to other people at the bus stop, I don't think he has ever harmed anyone.

I'm inclined to agree. And that's a good thing.

LOL you're still stamping your feet about the fact that I KO'd someone for calling me a nigger and get away with it? Man, you must have a footprint an inch deep at your computer desk right now.

Repeat what you said to me about your brother in law to any black woman.

I'll know when you actually did it - you and your "husband" Ulaven Demorte will be mysteriously away from Lit for a month.

You never punched anybody. You just told the story and now youre stuck with it.

Next time come up with something that lines up with reality.

I don't play by your rules, LT, and you can't understand mine. So there it stays, unless you develop an ability to see things beyond your narrow frame of reference.

You want to play checkers, I'm playing chess. Shoving the checkers rule book at me repeatedly is not going to change the fact that I get your rules, but checkers is not of interest to me. I don't play anymore.

I don't think you comprehend chess. And I'm not shoving a rule book at you because I really don't care if you play or not.

The subject of race is of interest. So I discuss it. You wanting to take a few things out of context and twist it into something it's not, isn't. There are still nuances to racism I have yet to figure out, so that's interesting. There's nothing new about someone refusing to acknowledge someone else's point of view.

There's no need for me to "repeat" something I didn't say. Or apologize for it.
