I know he wasn't, because it's still possible to send him PMs, which is not true of banned members.
Does it matter? Never look a gift horse in the mouth.
I am everyone.
For fun. I wanted to see who'd bring it up first.
Also notable that there was a pretty big uptick in activity from the Stormfront crowd while I was pretending to be banned. (I can provide links if necessary.) My presense seems to keep them more at bay then my absence does.

That's what I thought. BTW, nice to see you out and about and not totally on the GB, unless I just haven't noticed you commenting on other forums before recently...
I am everyone.

As it has been pointed out time and time again, the TOS is a POS.![]()
Seems to work just fine if you stay well clear specific and actual violations while reporting clearly and succinctly actual violations while avoiding the clutter of whining about non violations.
Early on while I was concerned about the behavior of one poster towards another poster long before I was a regular on the general board. Laurel gave me some good advice. The poster was clearly wngaged in a pattern of harassment but was avoiding actual rule violations. Her point was, given time, people of that mindset always eventually violate the rules and are banned.
Even though being banned is obviously not a death sentence clearly it's viewed by those types as a setback else they wouldn't avoid being banned for a minute of the day.
Oh...he's here.![]()
