BrokenBarbie is correct. Pointed toes when not standing and on tip toes when feet on floor or ground. I learned thisquickly in my early dance and then modeling career. I'm 4'11" and I need to make my legs look as long as possible and get those calves shapely for photographs especially. It is also why models almost always wear heels even when nude or on a bed.
