Why I voted for Gary Johnson

You think you know me...

Ask anyone my stance on the death penalty. Go ahead. Double-dawg dare...

Typical lib attempt at ad hominem. :(

He would like to cut Federal spending by 43% in the first year as president which would, in effect, balance the budget. He has articulated a plan to do it.

Also, he doesn't give a shit what goes on in your sexual life.

Of course, he is not going to get elected.

Of course, Congress would never let him cut spending by 43% even if he were elected.

But you know, I give him credit for throwing it ALL out there. I think everyone should fend for themselves, period.

If my absentee vote in NH hurts either Romney or Obama so be it.

I'd never fault anyone for voting their conscience.

Perot in '92 may have cost Bush I the election, but, IMO, it didn't matter much, a choice between Crapitalism and more Crapitalism.

This election is much more important, IMO, a choice between Crapitalism and Socialism.

You wasted your vote.

The Freudian slip was funny.

Wasted with pride!

He let a lot of negative posters turn him off Romney. You do not want him in your foxhole any way...

;) ;)

That's as much as to say that Obama is further left than Clinton. You can't honestly believe that.

A-anyone?

Okay! I'll take that dare!

*goes outside office onto bustling urban pedestrian throughfare*

ME: *signaling oncoming businesswoman* Excuse me, miss?

WOMAN ON STREET: Yes?

ME: Just a simple question, miss, won't take up most of your time...what's AJ's stance on the death penalty?

WOMAN ON STREET: Oh! Ummm...*ponders briefly* I think he's for it...? Until he's against it when it's convenient? And then he's for it again when it's convenient...?

ME: Sounds about right! Thanks for answering the question, miss!

WOMAN ON STREET: Anytime! Hey, actually...when you get done asking superfluous questions about guys whose opinions don't matter in the greater scheme of the universe, you wanna go grab a few rum and cokes with me at the bar over on 48th and Broadway? You're kinda cute!

ME: *tosses wireless stage microphone into adjacent trash receptacle* Thought you'd never ask!

Monica says he's got a left bent to him...

So does Paula along with the admonishment to get that thing out of her face.

They're all three at pretty much the same place on the spectrum; not a one is even nearly so lefty as LBJ or FDR -- who were no socialists.

I think LBJ and his great society were capitalist lefties. Obama is a socialist.

Barring some kind of last-minute surge, President Obama is going to fall well shy of the 52.9 percent he won in the 2008 election. It might still be good enough to win, but it won’t be resounding.
But just who exactly has deserted Obama over the last four years?
Two weeks of Washington Post-ABC News tracking poll interviews find 84 percent of likely voters who supported Obama in 2008 support him this year, while 13 percent say they are switching to Romney and 3 percent are backing others or haven’t made up their mind yet.
The chart below shows the erosion of Obama’s 2008 coalition among many key demographics:

A revealing report by Joe Garofoli in the San Francisco Chronicle found local liberals “so freaked out about the prospect of President Obama losing his re-election bid that they can’t sleep at night. Can’t talk about anything else. Can’t stop parsing the latest polls.” In a particularly alarming confession, one retired educator said she’s become “so distraught she can’t exercise.” David Plouffe, a top Obama strategist, found such panic attacks so common among his fellow Democrats that he’s even coined a name for the victims: he calls them “bed-wetters.”

lol

We've been calling that for some time now...

Is porn illegal somewhere in the U.S.?

The short answer is yes, the long answer is that obscenity is illegal a lot of places and what's obscene is decided by who ever is looking at it when they are looking at it. That's how they finally busted Max Hardcore, who was admittedly a douche but still.

Isn't it quicker and easier just to use spellcheck and assume every word whistles as you work?
