Why doesn't anyone bring up Biden's plagiarism?

The first thing, the last thing, and everything in between, I would ever say if I were ever on a podium with that asshole is: "Neil Kinnock."

Why does everybody give the asshole a pass on this? The guy should have been run out of politics 25 years ago.
