Why does the "diversity" ideology parallel Communism so closely?

The official shaddow ideology of western society today doesn't have a formal name, however, it could be referred to under the vague but ubiquitous term "diversity." Let's be clear here, I'm not referring to actual diversity, as in human differences, but the code word for the neo-communist ideological system we officially don't live under (but actually do). "Diversity" has no specific meaning, but it is what The System refers to itself. Its got no more to do with actual diversity than democratic people's republic's had to do with economic Communism during the cold war.

So, your knee-jerk reaction upon hearing this is: what an extremist thing to say, how absurd, what is this guy talking about, etc, etc. I know the truth is shocking at first and the natural human reaction is not to believe it, to fear it, etc.

However, consider this: the ideology of "Diversity" is based on the premise, which cannot publically be questioned, that a collection of social groups which comprise a majority of the population are somehow oppressed by another, numerical minority, section of the population. There needs to be radical social reordering through massive and totalitarian government restructuring of society to stop this alleged oppression and "make things fair." While traditional Marxist theory spoke of the Proletariat and the Bourgoisie in economic class terms, "Diversity" speaks of it in demographic characteristics (ie, the "rich, male, white, heterosexual, non-handicapped, English speaking, native born, etc" on the one hand as the imaginary "Bourgoisie," and all other characteristics on the other as the imaginary "Proletariat.")

Can this parallel really be a giant coincidence? There are countless other parallels between Marxism-Leninism and our western liberal governments. One big difference, however, is that Communism at least admitted its own existence. "Diversity" Ideology (DI) won't even admit it actually exists.

And, you ask, why is this dangerous? Well, for one reason, because it serves as a means to power for those running The System. The corrupt Nomenklatura of media, education, bureaucracy, and politics. It allows them to justify trampling on liberty and traditional American freedoms in the name of "making things fair" which is double speak for ever more government, thought control, and tyranny.
