If I wanted to hear stupid first year objections I'd have studied hard and gotten into Grad School so I could have been paid a little more than nothing to do so.

But if it makes you happy the question could be re-phrased "Why does PP Man Aggresively champion the language of a society that clearly contains negative assumptions towards the worth of Women in todays society?"

It grieves me to say this but......................I agree with Weevil's interpretation of the phrase as being negative. It's a word that I can honestly say I have not heard used, except at Lit or in the bedroom, for easily five years. It is not in common usage, slang or otherwise. It still has the stigma of being the one word that 'polite' society will not use.

Having agreed with Weevils's interpretation I will say that I do not believe that p_p uses it to degrade women but merely as a shock tactic. He likes to provoke and this word is a handy tool.

The answer is simple. Don't read it if you don't like it. I can read his cunting thread and lift and eyebrow and say 'whatever' without feeling demeaned in the least bit.

I presume he wants a fight. Since I'm not here to squabble that way I leave the thread.

If he wants intelligent conversation, he can use it. Not everybody here does.
