Tax rates are insufficient to fund the government AND give billionaires the permanent tax cut the Trump administration enacted 3 years ago. Repealing the latter would help the former.

Stop it. You're too ignorant to post. Bernie, the known communist, is the Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee and is at present in charge of Joe's Budget negotiations with McCarthy. He got the job because Joe is now an employee of the CCP and they probably thought Bernie could best make their case for the destruction of the American economy. That 40 million to Biden from the CCP had to pay for something.
