Yesterday as i was reading the forums, i ran across a quote in 3113's sig:
Why do writers write? Because it isn't there.
--Thomas Berger
I believe this to be amazingly true, and i'm sure i'm not the only one (or two, including 3113) to think so... but for everyone i'm sure its more than just that.
So i want to ask everyone here who has written/is writing something, Why do YOU write?
I write (am writing, to be more accurate) because i have had an idea in my head for so long (since long before i could come to this site legaly
) that i just HAVE to see it. It's just to get something to exist outside of my head, and see how it would be, what it's actually like now that it's more concrete, and if anyone else would like it.
What about all of you?
