Why do homos?

The truth is, most bi women and lesbians I have met indeed are arrogant, stuck up and believe that every man out there wants to get in their pants. Yeah right...

sounds like a classic case of cantgetlaiditis to me.

Do you think maybe straight men have given them good cause to think that way?

Try doing a Google image search on "lesbian" and see how many pages deep you have to go before you fins anything other than porn images for straight men.

Elitist Attitudes

I kinda agree. Homosexuals (expecially lesbians) seem to have a more elitist attitude.

Babe, that's just cuz you're not getting none.

Pagan Dyke.

Well, thats true. Most lesbian porn out there is quite fake and suggestive. But the common attitude among most lesbians that all straight men wanna get into their pants can get very annoying sometimes. Why cant they just normally have a conversion without being so defensive and cautious. Its the elitist attitue that ticks me off.

I love generalisations, here are a few exerpts from some email I have sent and received:

Him: Hello sexy, Your (sic) very beautiful!!!! I can satisfy you in every way possible!!!! I can have you wanting me to keep coming back, but that's only if you write back!!! hahahaha!!!!
------------------------
kbate: My profile reads lesbian. Do you know what that means?
-------------------------
Him: Hello Baby, How ever you want to do it, I could come to you or you can come to me. Let's do this, See if you like what I have to offer. Yes Iam right down the road. So let me know what's up!!!!
-------------------------
kbate: I'm gay. I don't think that would work.
-------------------------
Him: Well listen up baby, You let me know when you have the time, and I will come where ever your (sic) at and show you what I could do. Maybe we can have a little fun with this!!!!
--------------------------
kbate: I'm gay. I don't want fun with men.
-------------------------
Him: Well, I can do what your women friend can do! I have what she has and another tool to satisfy you!!!! A man (like) me can make you come back to our team, hahahha!!!! When was the last time you had sex with an man? We can do a little something and you could tell me if you miss it or not!!!!! U tell me what's up!!!!
--------------------------
kbate: I haven't had sex with a man in many years. I'm gay.
--------------------------
Him: I told you I work nights but I'm free all day. And u were supose (sic) to tell me when you want this to happen. So let's have some fun beautiful!!!

Everyone generalizes. Some do it more (stereotypes). Yes, I have generalised but its from my experience. Its what I have seen. And Literotica's lipstick lesbians aint helping their image either...lol

omg, you dont pussy so you are bitter!!!!11111111

Thats exactly what lesbians say, while they cant realise they are the ones enforcing the stereotype upon them.

I was going to say something about self-esteem, and then I was going to say something about terminology. Then I was going to quote some of the emails and PMs I've received over time. Then I remembered that a troll lives under the bridge, and I decided to walk over it instead.

Oh, yawn, yawn, yawn. *sigh* Here I am, left standing with a huge bag of troll feed, feeling horrible.

Why would her name prevent you from taking her seriously?

"Common" and "most" are weasel words that allow the drawing of broad conclusions from a small sample size without having to back up your claim.

But, leaving that aside, wouldn't it be fairer to describe such an attitude on the part of lesbians as defensive, rather than elitist? After all, by your own description, it's not a question of lesbians seeking out men to spurn, but of their reactions to male attention.

Heh, wasn't meant to sound superior (even though we all know lesbians are superior! or so I've heard) - was just acknowledging my own thought process. I almost did respond, but then I realized there was no point. :)

Well if you think lesbians "in general" have an elitist attitude, think about straight men. As someone who for the most part has been able to pass as one over the years, there is much more of that amongst straight men. Many think that most gay men would do anything to have sex with anything that has a penis. I remember a guy staying how prison was unfair to straigh guys as it was a sexual fantasy for gay men. I asked him if working in a nursing home would be his fantasy since the majority of residents are usually women -- that shut him up.

I'm not attracted to most men, and the absolute LAST thing I'm attracted to is a penis. However, its amusing to hear straight men fearing about unwanted homosexual advances.

In conclusion, until we start hearing about lesbians murdering straight guys over heterosexual panic or them not being to work with suspected straight men unless they keep they keep to a "don't ask, don't tell" policy about their sexuality; I don't think we have much to worry about lesbian attitudes -- unless it affects the economy.

Lesbians do have high self esteem. I mean, look at you. You'd rather call someone a newbie a troll than try to be civilised. Youre not even a real lesbian. Its a fashion trend that youre following.

Most lesbians wont talk to straight males. They'll only be hanging with the idea that all men want to get into their pants. Thats why I say its elitist. When you point out that flaw, they get all pissed off and defensive. Im trying to understand if this is true for most lesbians, but it looks like they are even more stuck up on an internet message board.

In the grand scheme of things, I dont think the gay community can affect us in a negative way at all. But when it comes to the little things, like just having a conversation at a bar, I have found lesbians to be quite arrogant. They just wont talk to you unless they are 101% sure you are not after their vagina. They wont acknowledge you at all.

Now to the people who say its because I'm jealous and I get no pussy, you are absolutely wrong. If you dont have an argument or cant stay polite, just keep it yourselves.

No, I think it's because bars tend to be pick-up joints for gays, straights and plushies alike.

If you want some friendly, platonic conversation, join a book club or something.

there's no reason to be polite to you.

You are contradicting yourself. You have made definitive claims as to how you believe lesbians behave, then when challenged, claim that you are merely seeking to understand their behavior.

Here's a clue: stop pestering lesbians in bars, and I'm sure they will stop telling you to fuck off.

As for whether or not lesbians here are stuck up, this is queer territory. Don't come in here talking shit and expect to be welcomed with open arms.

oh man

A couple of questions for your kind

Look down upon hetero people and have such an elitist attitude?

Expect to "do what you do" with no consequence? Life isn't all cake and welfare checks.

Your kind? that is just wrong and uncalled for. You are the one wanting answers to your question and still you had the nerve to be rude about it. The people on this list could have said, "get your dumb ass out of here" but they didn't...To everyone on this list..I respect that you didnt be rude back..because I know i would.

offensive? hey buddy, I can come out with way more harsh statements than that. Its the truth. Lesbianism is a trend. A Choice.
