Why
why? why? why? why? why...

I see gay men everywhere recently... where are the women??
I can't spot them

Måske er det fordi, at du ikke bare "spotter" lesbiske sådan. Så tag det lige helt roligt, og træk vejret.

Anyway, I don´t care there are probably equal amounts of both gay men, and gay women. You just don´t see them.

Yeah.. there probably are statisticly. I just wish more women would wear a "I am gay sign" like men usually do

I'd like to see it the other way: why are many gay men so visible? I'm not offended by gay guys, but I am by queer guys, those who's every fiber in their body screams "I'm gay".

Perhaps it is a matter of visibility rather than one of quantity. I apologise that in my normal mode of dress, you cannot visually distinguish me from heterosexual women. My overbearing tribulation is to appear much as a normal human being. I am sorry.

Yeah, perhaps its because male sexuality is more clearly deliniated. Men seem to be either openly gay or strait, whereas female sexuality seems to be more fluid.

Not that theres no variation in male sexuality, but in terms of presentation, the lines are much more clear.

Maybe some girls just don't put it out there like that.

There are a lot of us "straight" girls that really have a bi girl living on the inside.

We just need a push in the "right" direction.

P.S. ParrishP: You are a hottie and I would do you in a heartbeat!

I hope, none of you were offended by me writing Danish. Norwegian and Danish are extremely similar.

Exactly.

Sometimes I wish I was more obviously gay, but I'm not going to go out of my way to look like it.

More Bi girls than you think, just not advertised. I think most of us find ourselves with the right friend at the right time and well, there you go. Did you ever practice kissing with another girl?

Since I've been exploring the internet I've found a tremendous amount of bi and gay men (many of whom aren't obvious). I expect that an equal number bi and lesbian women exist but, as someone pointed out above, women usually are even less likely to appear as anything but straight.

I agree and maybe women dont need to make such a big deal about it

I also believe you can never practice too much kissing too much another woman

Yes but not as an adult. It was only for "practice."

Just an observation...

seems like most people are equating "bi" with "lesbian." That's interesting...

i dunno. i think lesbians just fit in more with straight women. most straight women act like lesbians anyways. btw. you are adorable, and if i was a lesbian i'd be all over you like peanut butter on jelly.

Is it possible that gay men who are more "feminine" proportionately outnumber gay women who are more "butch", even if the overall numbers of gay men and women are similar? This would make gay men seem to be more numerous. (I'm aware that dress and mannerisms aren't a foolproof indication of someone's orientation, which in any case can be fluid, and which isn't the most important thing about a person anyway).

So silly observation time. A gay man is obviously gay when he walks around with a purse. A gay woman is not obviously gay when she walks around without a purse, in jeans and tshirt. :catroar:

Moral of the story, errr observation, if you spot a total hotty and you want to get to know, talk to her and feel out the territory. If you get a whole I want you to vibe, go for it, if you get a just friends vibe, don't go for it, though keep coming back for more, sometimes she is lesbian just picky. ;)

Total Threadjack, though sorta on topic. I want a threesome between myself Etoile and Parrish. :cattail:

Sure Nimbi, a foursome is just as fun as a threesome. ;)

I'm not exactly following the whole feminine thing either. I may be wrong but perhaps limp is saying gay men have to work more at looking girly than women do. Which I suppose is true, if said gay man is a weightlifter.

Women don't have to fake being feminine, guys do.

LOL Not all men have to 'fake' it...
Some are just more willing to let it OUT.
These men make the greatest friends!
They want dick, I want pussy...so there's no competition and we get on famously!
