If you are pursuing to write smut about the Oedipal Complex of Freudian theory (particularly it’s pop-psych iteration), rather than an authentic mother-son incest relationship, mom’s boobs are paramount. I've written two mom/son stories -- well, maybe really only one, since both stories have the same mother/son pair. I based elements of the mom's character on someone I know, but not her appearance.

Now, if I were to write a story with a mom character described from a photo, then I might use this.

Actually, I have a somewhat embarrassing story about this one. I've always been pretty... um... well, clueless in casual conversation. With some hysterical results when I was teaching.
