Would you go again?

Which cruise liner did you use?

Where did you go?

Where would you go?

I'm in the very early stages of planning.
Just want some ideas. :)

Would you go again?
On a different line, YES.

Which cruise liner did you use?
Disney Magic (hey my parents were paying for it and I was 17- who turns down a free cruise?)
Where did you go?
Bahamas (ROCKED!) and disney's stupid island (read big beach)
Where would you go?
If I were to do another cruise- I'd take one that ran through the Carribian.

Heard GREAT reports about the Royal Caribbian line.

I did a 7 day Mexican Riviera trip with Carnival. I had these nightmares of being trapped with the Lawreance Welk set, but it was nothing like that at all. It was a very pleasant and interesting experience that I would do again.

Downside - I did it at the height of the Macarena craze.

Upside - Sex in the hot tub on deck at night!

Would you go again?

Yes on a different cruise line.

Which cruise liner did you use?

US NAVY :p

Where did you go?

Korea, Hong Kon, Singapore, Australia, Philapines, 9ish cities in japan, Russia, Indonesia, Maylasia, Guam, erm, I dunno, all over asia.

Where would you go?

I'd love to go back to all of those places, but since money would be a factor now, I'd prolly hit the caribian now. A Med cruise would be nice too.

Yeah, I know the Navy isn't really a cruise, but the ship I was on was considered a cruise liner since we hit so many ports. We'd go to Hong Kong (to go shopping) right before Christmas, go to Australia in the winter (nothern winter, southern summer) We'd do "Jap Laps" around Japan and hit every major port city in 2 weeks, sometimes only being at sea for a few hours. Did the same with Australia, Townsville, Sydney, Hobart, Aidilaid (sp?) Perth, Darwin.

For those not in the US I'd Recomend any cruise that did something like that. Bali is also GREAT for the beach, so is Guam. Pusan Korea, Hong Kong are best for shopping.

Honestly it was so damn good that I don't know if a real cruise liner could compete. It'd be a huge disapointment if I had to pay for it and it wasn't even as good :p

The thing I hear is to make sure you read the ratings of the ship you are going to be on. See if they have the features you are looking for and all of that. Even more so if it's a long one...

I hope you enjoy whatever you decide. Good luck! :)

Looooong time ago... 1985.
Would you go again?
Oh, yeah! Had a ball. Won a little $$ playing $5-50 blackjack, and loved the midnight buffet and 24-hour food supply. Note: lose 5-10 pounds before going on cruise - you'll gain at least that much on a 5-day cruise!
Which cruise liner did you use?
Umm... pleading age-related memory loss - but it was out of Miami.
Where did you go?
Bahamas. Enjoyed it, despite having little $$ to spend.
Where would you go?
Anywhere warm. Might not leave the ship, if the blackjack table is cooperative :p

The wife and I are leaving for our first cruise on October 18th! Less than 11 days...CAN'T WAIT!

We are going on the Celebrity Galaxy leaving out of Baltimore.
