Is there a gag that works for cunnilingus?

Does anyone know if there is something out there like a ring gag that could be used to keep someone from speaking but still allow them to drink from a straw, brush their teeth at least a little, and give oral to other females?

I’m working on a story where I really want my character gagged enough to keep her from speaking the whole time, but with some ability to use her mouth for the above things.

Google is showing me things like feeding harnesses, but I’m imagining something less restrictive. Maybe a small bit gag that still allows them to close their lips around it? Or even just a slender rope tied around their mouth, like the size of a shoelace?

The hardest part, I think, would be drinking from a straw. Outside of that, wouldn't some type of ring gag accomplish the same thing?
