I have only ever used that word in jest, as I feel that being sexually free should not classify on as a tramp, slut, bimbo etc.. however, I think I have discovered the true meaning of that word.
When I was snowed in on Monday and Tuesday, I actually watched talk shows (my first mistake). On about three of the ones I saw there were girls that brought at least a couple of guys on the show to be tested for the paternity of their child or children. That in itself is not bad, however there was one girl who brought a total of 7 guys to this show to find out who was the father of her child. None of them were. She then had the nerve to say that there are 3 more possibilities. That's just nasty.
When do you feel, that a woman or man, deserves the label of whore, or is it acceptable to sleep with a large number of people in such a short period of time?

Personally I would say that in todays age of funky diseases, it is never ok to have THAT many partners in a short time span...and since the woman was pregnant, she obviously wasn't using protection. I'm as sexually liberated as anyone I know...but having that many lovers is just not playing smart.

In my opinion, that's not ok at all. But I try not to judge or label people because I have no idea what's really going on in their life. Something that seems black and white to me isn't so easy to other people. Until you've lived the life experiences of everyone on earth, you can't judge them.

While the number of people one chooses to sleep with in a given time does not make one a whore...in my book at least, I have to ponder the 'safety' in the actions. Girl in case above. seven men she thought may be the father of her child...then three more she didn't tell about. This means she is definitely NOT practicing safe sex at all. Now comes the part that we all hear about. 'What about diease's?' THAT is what a whore in my book is. Someone who likes sex for the sake of sex in any numbers or combinations, but not using common sense and letting themselves be left open for any disease that comes down the pike. Protection is cheap and better that dying for a few minutes/hours of fun.

on a lighter note, a white girl brought her white ex-boyfriend to test on the Jenny Jones show, he denied it was his, the girl said that she was the only guy she had been with, and it turned out that he wasn't. When they showed a pictured of the kid, that baby was black! I was laughing my ass off.
