Who started out one way and switched to another?

How may of you started out as a Dom/Domme or a sub/slave and made the switch? What caused you to switch? Was there an overwhelming urge or just wanted to try a different view?

I started out a bottom, and currently identify as a switch, due to two men in the last year who have brought that out in me. Not something I necessarily wanted to try, but something about these two men brought it out in me, and I am finding I throroughly enjoy experiencing both sides (for lack of a better phrase).

But ask me again tomorrow.

If I were there, we'd know the answer, as your mouth would be too full to express it verbally

heh...i havent posted in ages.


anyway, i think i'm a little bit of both, though i'm just starting out, really. Before i ever experienced anything in "real life", i identified myself as sexually submissive, but my current lover has brought the other side up.

i think rather than feeling dominant sometimes, i'm just a bit of a sadist he likes pain. i like giving it.

at this point in my life i'm not sure what i "really am", and to be honest i dont really care. i'm not one to be easily categorised

I started out *Dominant*. It was not until 4 years ago that i discovered an inate need to submit, brought on by a lovig Domme that i was dating at the time. Now, I identify as a Maso-subbie/switch. For me, the need to submit rarely comes out..though the need for pain is always just below the surface. It is easier during play to let go and let others take over. In R/L, well it takes a bit more and i find i still have trouble submitting to a male. (old habits die exceedingly hard)

Everyone always said I just had to meet the right guy to be brought around and they were right. (Heh heh.)
